Famed adult star Brian Pumper shares what he thinks of Karrine “Superhead” Steffans, claiming that while he doesn’t consider her one of the baddest women, he does believe that her talents make her popular with rappers. He adds to his claims by saying that Karrine’s talents in the bedroom are alluring to men that have fantasies about women who are really good at pleasuring men.
When asked about the rappers that still mess with her after she wrote her tell-all book “Confessions of a Video Vixen,” Brian believes that it still all goes back to the fantasy that she evokes in men.
