    ATL is seeking a driven and focused digital marketing expert who is responsible for driving the company’s digital and social media activity.

    Primary Duties:

    • Play the starring role in supporting all brands with the coordination and management of comprehensive and effective online advertising campaigns.
    • Work with webmaster and HOB/Sales Managers/Sales Executives to keep our corporate and brand websites engaging and current.
    • Become the point of contact for external digital agencies and work closely with the in-house design team to run engaging online advertising campaigns.
    • Generate new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead-generation content
    • Optimize our lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
    • Coordinate agencies to maintain both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for the company.
    • Manage regular email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our emails and analysis of results including open rates, click-through rates, etc.
    • Building and maintaining an aesthetically pleasing, functional and user-friendly website for the company and its brands.
    • Work with new car sales teams and marketing executives to ensure that model listing, pricing and information is fresh and accurate.
    • Coordinating with the design team to ensure the look and feel of the website remains engaging and updated regularly.
    • Work with the IT team to implement website security, data protection and protect the sites and systems from cyber-attacks.
    • Monitor and analyze site performance making recommendations where necessary.
    • Collaborating with brand marketing execs to continuously review and update SEO.
    • Address and respond to user comments and complaints where necessary.
    • Monitoring online traffic and conversions.
    • Optimize loading speeds and capacity.
    • Analysis of Google Analytics to assist in the planning of online and offline sales events.
    • Continue to build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that you may feel relevant to our market.
    • Create social media calendars to include copy and appropriate shareable engaging content for specific networks to spread both our brands and our content.
    • Gain a thorough understanding of the brand media hubs and use content wherever possible.
    • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand-new audiences.
    • Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success.
    • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
    • Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.
    • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
    • Participate in regular brainstorming sessions with wider teams to create creative social media campaigns.

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Expert knowledge of digital and social media.
    • Strong knowledge of the motor vehicle industry and the motor vehicle buying process in Jamaica.
    • Strong creative thinking process.
    • Strong copywriting skills and creative story writing.
    • A great ‘people person’ with the ability to work within a team environment and interact in order to bring the best out of others.
    • Excellent organization and time management skills.
    • Experience of managing budgets.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and form strong relationships with tourism bodies, corporations and other relevant individuals and entities.
    • Strong strategic thought process and the ability to devise and execute long-term communication goals.
    • Expert knowledge of industry software and tools including but not limited to Google Analytics, Agorapulse, eLeads etc.

    • High level of professionalism, integrity and proactivity.
    • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
    • Excellent reporting and communication skills.
    • Self-starter but with the ability to work as part of a team and deliver results based on clear instructions.
