The experienced striker has ruled out a move to the United States of America and has urged the club to learn from last season’s mistakes Juventus forward Alessandro Del Piero has declared that he is not currently thinking about his future and that he has never considered joining a club in MLS.

The veteran could be a free agent next summer with his contract due to expire but the former Italy international seems to have ruled out a move to an American team.

“For now, I just go to the USA on holiday. I have never thought about going over there as a player,” the 36-year-old told Sky Italia.

“Now is not the time to talk about these things though. We’ve played just one league game, we should focus on Juventus.”

Del Piero also spoke of the side’s 4-1 victory over Parma on Sunday and has urged his team-mates to continue the form they displayed against Franco Colomba’s men.

“We made mistakes in a number of areas last season. We have to learn from our errors as they help us understand what went wrong,” he added.

“We have to continue to express ourselves as best we can, like we did on Sunday.”

Juventus are next in action at the weekend when they face an away trip to Antonio Conte’s former side Siena.
