Atlas Motors, a car sales & service centre located in Manchester, Jamaica is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the position of Sales & Marketing Representative.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales and Marketing Representative is responsible for increasing sales by designing and implementing sales and marketing initiatives. The incumbent is responsible for conducting thorough marketing research and using the data to inform marketing decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Generate invoices and proforma for car sales.
·Conduct a weekly inventory of cars and provide a report.
·Liaise with loan officers at each financial institution on behalf of customers who are seeking loans.
·Advertise and promote the vehicles and services via social media.
·Create and follow a daily routine to inspect the condition of all vehicles.
·Follow-up with potential customers to ensure they make Atlas their preferred choice.
·Maintain relationships with customers by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
·Ensure that all customers purchasing a motor vehicle sign the warranty agreement form.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years proven track record in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the automotive industry
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics.
Demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Good negotiation and sales skills.
Understanding and knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Software.
Results-driven and organized.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools.
Outstanding project management skills.
