Kingston, Jamaica — Singer G-Whizz heads to Barbados this weekend for a charity concert in aid of the victims of a deadly Tudor Street fire.

The fire which claimed the lives of six persons in September aroused the ire and pity of thousands, as a result, a charity concert was arranged. It was however postponed because of the death of the nation’s Prime Minister, David Thompson. The concert will now be held at Club Extreme as an Independence affair on November 30.

G-Whizz who is known for his stellar hit, Life, and more recently Feel It, Live Life And Love It, Weekend Anthem, Night Or Day and more, says, “Though we went the first time and it was postponed, I was still extremely willing to go back for the event. It’s for a worthy cause and something as tragic as that deserves any sort of support I can lend and I want to use my music to motivate and comfort people through their problems.”
