Fast-rising dancehall artiste Pablo YG has many reasons to smile of late considering the fact that he has a cluster of buzzing singles. The St. Ann-based deejay has been steadily climbing the musical ladder primarily due to the success of trending singles such as Bang, Booming, Nuh Waan Nuh love and Scamming me love which features fellow on fleek artiste Kraff.

Born Romeo Hines, this witty young deejay hails from St. Ann and grew up to the sounds of dancehall music blasting on local sound systems on which he later honed his skills. Fast forward to 2022 and he is fulfilling his childhood dream of becoming a dancehall star by delivering hard-hitting and often controversial lyrics.

When asked about the recent banning of scamming, violent and Molly-related songs by the broadcasting commission artiste was quick to point out that he sings about a melting pot of topics and as such he is not bothered by the ban.

“It Nuh affect me because I am a true artiste as such I sing about everything that is relevant to our society so the banning of three subject matters won’t limit me in any way. As an artist, it is important to be well rounded so this may test some man who have one style but bad artiste like me Nuh have nothing to worry about” Stated Pablo YG.

Currently, Pablo YG is gearing up to release his new single entitled “Dawkis Time” which is produced by Spinaz YG Muzik and 23 Records.
