(Kingston, Jamaica) Dancehall recording artist Thugsy Malone is getting ready to blaze the summer with two hot new singles which were recently released online. The songs “Wash Away The Pain” and “Live Today” are the latest efforts from Malone who got his big break a few years ago with the Bounty Killer collab “Bad Man Nuh Wear Pink” and the insightful follow up “My Money“.

Since then Thugsy has matured musically and with new management in Doncue Promotions out of the British Virgin Islands he continues to make progress in international dancehall and reggae markets. Currently in L.A working several new projects Malone will return to Jamaica in July to shoot a music video for the party track “Live Today”.

Born Donavon Drysdale Thugsy Malone was raised in Bull Bay St. Andrew and found his love for music during his years at the Donald Quarrie High School where he would often perform at school and community event before later migrating to the U.S.

To date Malone has performed amongst some of dancehall’s most formidable stars including the great Yellow Man, Beenie Man, Bounty Killer, Anthony B and Capleton.
