Vibe’s controversial October cover is back in the news. According to recent reports, Ciara has accused the magazine of airbrushing the cover to make her appear nude.
Despite an interview earlier this week in which the singer seems to admire the cover in all its glory, sources say the singer is ready to take Vibe to court.
Alledging that Vibe airbrushed all garments that the “Go Girl” singer had on during the photoshoot, sources say the magazine did so in an attempt to gain additional publicity for the issue which also came under fire after Robin Thicke slammed the magazine for not placing him on the cover.
At press time no official statement from Ciara’s management or Vibe had been issued.
Ciara is expected to release her third studio album entitled “Fantasy Ride” later this year.
