Dubbed as the “New Day Dawning” on STING 2009’s lineup, the “Can’t Breathe” singer who is tearing up the airwaves, fans and stages into “Pieces” will “Strut” her stuff on the main stage in this, only just her debut year in the music industry.
Fresh off the Asafa Powell Foundation’s “A Night On The Track” Concert on Sunday December 20 where she delivered an impressive performance, DENYQUE is expected to surpass her fans & critiques expectations on Saturday night. With two (2) singles in heavy rotation on main stream radio, a new song and a cover song of a crowd favourite, rave reviews is expected after the “Sup뵄Âwomαn” exists the stage.
When asked how she felt when she received news that she will perform at STING 2009, she replied “I was excited, appreciative and overwhelmed with gratitude and cannot wait to take the stage and deliver beyond what is expected of me, which, is a lot I understand”.
On Tuesday December 22, DENYQUE will give a taste of what to expect at STING at a performance at the Village Blues Bar which starts at 10:00pm, so you can make your way out to that and get your heart torn to “Pieces”.
