Hosted by the Portmore Society, Urge saw a host of fashionable ladies turning out in their best dancehall outfits to party the night away. Men had a treat on hand with scantily clad Craven A promotional girls and the LIME girls who kept the party on a high with their dancing antics.
When THE STAR entered the club after midnight, patrons were slow to come out with the few ‘early birds’ chilling along the sidelines. At the back of the venue, persons got a treat in the VIP area which was decked out in white with sugary treats being served such as cupcakes, chocolates and other snacks.
By 2 a.m., the bulk of patrons started to show, filling the club and dancing away to music by ZJ Chrome with ZJ Wah Wa on the microphone. Chrome kept the party on a high and soon premiered Portmore Society’s Hot 15 rhythm featuring Munga Honourable, among others.
Munga Honourable, Mosiah Muzik, selector Buncohill were on hand partying as well. After 3 a.m., Coppershot took over starting off with older slower songs before creating havoc with the Smoking rhythm as the LIME girls danced in the centre getting crazy to Stulla and Dumpa Truck. It was only after 4 a.m that persons began to leave the event.
