After being sign to acclaimed music label Slip-N-Slide Records, home to Trick Daddy, Trina, Rick Ross & Plies, we’ve witnessed a name change to CAMAR, and after undergoing development and exposure on the South Florida market… CAMAR is now ready with a New Style, New Single & New Management.
New Style …
CAMAR is always known for his “Flava”. Many say he had “swag” before the term was even invented. His new image is now 10 years ahead of swag. Leather jackets, pastel colors, biker gloves, rock star chains, “New Boyz” shades & G-Shock watches (some times one on each hand), we are seeing a fusion of styles with CAMAR’s “flava” which is indeed what the future of Dancehall / R&B / Pop music is going to look like and CAMAR is the front runner, introducing it to the world.

It’s entitled “Yours & Mine” which is a “love joint” over a dancehall pop beat produced by Slip-N-Slide Records, is a song with a musical style which CAMAR calls Yardsoul.. his own style, “flava” & genre of music that he is introducing to the world. CAMAR is always cutting edge with his sound who writes, produces & even records himself at times. “Yours & Mine” is about to take the airwaves by storm and it is rumoured it may feature a prominent Dancehall or Hip-Hop artiste on the final release or remix.
New Management …
After approximately 10 years of friendship & business association, CAMAR has placed confidence in Rockwildaz Multimedia Group’s Founder & CEO, Brian Hugh (McLaughlin) to be his business representative. Infact, CAMAR now has a new management team which includes Brian Hugh, Steve Roberts (USA, played a part in CAMAR’s signing to Slip-N-Slide), Jammy James (Jam2) as his producer, partner & musical director, Dj Narity as his tour Dj and Nyce Movez Entertainment from Connecticut as his Public Relations firm which people say are responsible or the breakthrough of Gyptian’s “Hold You” single.
So get ready, Flavaunit is Back and you can look forward to more “Whine & Twist”, “She Loves The Flavr” & “It’s You” hit singles from him. A major collaboration with Beenie Man is already out with a music video soon to be released and an upcoming single with Multi-Platinum selling dancehall / pop artiste Sean Paul which will be produced by Jam 2 Productions.
