Hezron Clarke, dubbed one of “reggae’s most gifted vocalists”, has been paving his way to becoming one of the great singer of reggae “lover’s rock” music. Finding his way into to the hearts of women all over the world with his star quality looks to his sultry vocals, Hezron has earned his right to be called one of “reggae’s greatest talents”.
Wielding his guitar and a rare ability to capture raw vocal emotion, Hezron has been melting hearts with his smashing, number one, hit single “So In Love”. The lovers’ rock song conveys the age-old domestic demand from women for more time. ‘So In Love’ was included on Tad’s Singers’ Compilation CD, ‘Hit List’ and VP Records “Strictly the Best Vol41”.
The single also had chart impact on the South Florida charts and New York Top 20, spending 25 weeks, 2 weeks at number 1, on Richie B’s Jamaica’s Music Countdown and spent 5 weeks at number 1 on the reggae charts in the US Virgin Islands.
Born in the Moy Hall District of St. James, Jamaica, Hezron honed his singing skills singing in the local church choir. Further support from family and friends laid the foundation for Hezron to embark on a musical journey that would take him from Jamaica, singing reggae, to the US singing R&B, right back to his Jamaican reggae roots, where he has not only found his niche but compete satisfaction as an artist.
Since his return to his roots, Hezron has been locking the stage show circuit in Jamaica, delivering one captivating performance after another. From Reggae Sumfest in 2009 and 2010 to serenading the contestants of the Miss Jamaica World 2009 Pageant, Hezron has made his mark impressing massive audiences and giving them their money’s worth.
