(Kingston, Jamaica) Having released the video for their first official single “Gonna Be Sorry” a little over 6 weeks ago male reggae / r&b group Kahlil is now enjoy chart placements on Video Countdown Shows both local and international. As of last week Kahlil held the #2 spot on the CVM TV Hitlist Top 5 Reggae Videos listing which is based in Jamaica while over in the U.S their video was vote #5 on the Cari Vibez Top 10 Countdown.
The four member group which consist of members Que, Blain, Delly and Wayne has actively promoting the video ever since return to Jamaica after touring several U.S states opening for International Comedian and TV Personality Cedric The Entertainer. Shot in Miami and Los Angeles under the direction of Jamaican film star Paul Campbell the video is said to have an extended 15 minute version portions of which can been scene for the first time on the groups up coming Electronic Press Kit (EPK) which is being prepared by video director Chris “Icey Jace” Campbell.
In other news Kahlil is expected to rip the stage of the 7th Annual Excellence In Music & Entertainment (EME) Award ceremony slated for Saturday March 12 on the East Lawns of Devon House.
