The joint project Kanye West announced last month with Jay-Z has evolved and is coming sooner than expected.
While Ye originally announced the project, he did not give a title or release date. Now, reports say the title is Watch The Throne, and is scheduled to hit stores before Thanksgiving, despite previous expectations of it seeing the light of day in 2011.
According a report from FakeShoreDrive.com, the five-song EP will be released via Def Jam and is slated to drop November 23rd, just two days before Thanksgiving.
While nothing is official yet, the site says the first official single is “Monster”, with the second single coming in two weeks.
They also say there’s plans to shoot a video for “Monster” in the very near future.
Further details regarding the project were unknown at press time.
Kanye’s fifth album, Dark Twisted Fantasy, is reportedly due out November 16th. which has spawned the single ‘Power,’ is still due out on November 16.
