With his highly anticipated ‘Tha Carter IV’ album around the corner, it looks like Lil Wayne is aiming for the throne, taking open shots at Jay-Z on his new song ‘It’s Good.’

The Jadakiss and Drake-featuring track, which leaked earlier today, includes some unmistakably pointed lines from Weezy, in direct reference to Jay’s ‘H.A.M.’ verse, where he supposedly dissed Wayne’s “daddy,” Baby.

“I’m like really half a billi n—-, really you got Baby money/ Keep it real with n—-s, n—–s ain’t got my lady money,” Jay rapped on the ‘Watch the Throne’ single, which dropped back in January.

On ‘It’s Good,’ Weezy has finally responded with some wordplay of his own. “Talkin’ about baby money, I got your baby money/ Kidnap your bitch, get that how much you love your lady money,” he raps. “I know you fake n—-, press your brakes n—-/ I’ll take you out, that’s a date, n—-.”

Wayne was evasive when first interviewed about Jay’s perceived diss back in March, hinting that he might respond at a later date.

“Actually the subject that he’s talking about in that line, I can’t box with the god with that, nah mean. I’ll be the first one to tell you that,” Wayne told MTV. “Given my wit and the type of person that I am, I’ll capitalize and I’ll play off of it.”

Did Wayne diss Jay? Whose verse was better? Let us know what you think.
