Congratulations to Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon, who welcomed twins into the world this morning in Los Angeles.
The twins, a baby girl (weighing 5-pound, 3-ounces), and baby boy (weighing in at 5 pounds, 6 ounces) were born via c-section.
Cannon, 30, drove Carey, 41, to the hospital Thursday night, thinking it was a false alarm. Once at the hospital they realized it was the real deal.
The babies are the first for the couple who got married in May 2008.
