Fast-rising reggae artist Raphi has started 2023 with a bang following a stellar Rebel Salute performance. The singer who was dressed to impress wowed fans and musical pundits with his powerful vocals and stagecraft.
According to Raphi it was a dream come through to grace the stage at the legendary show and he remains humbled by the warm reception he received from the crowd.
“Rebel Salute was a joy and signal of things to come. I put my all into my performance and I was well-received. The mission continues and the fans can look forward to some wonderful singles and stellar performances this year. I am focusing on creating a major impact locally and then internationally this year” Raphi explained.
Born Raphiel Chambers, the Hanover native grew up in a musical family and as such started performing alongside his siblings at a tender age and it was not long before he realized that music was his calling. The singer says he recently collaborated with his brother Tangi and reggae star Jahcure on a soon-to-be-released track entitled “Together We Rise” which is self-produced under his musical imprint RockTop Records.
“The title of the track says it all Together We Rise which is my view on life on a whole. I want to share my unique perspective on the ideal way of life through my music and my actions” stated Raphi.
Currently, Raphi is working with producers Tipgod music and RockTop Records (his own label). He is also gearing up to release singles entitled Life and Together We Rise which features Jah Cure and Tangi.
