Portmore, Jamaica – Rumfire White Overproof Rum is the brand behind the hot new club series in Portmore; Rumfire Hardcore Thursdays.

Rumfire White Overproof Rum teams up with C-Eye Promotions and Portmore Society to deliver the ONLY event on a Thursday in Portmore in the increasingly popular Rev Night Club, starting, Thursday, September 8th, 2011 and every Thursday following.

Rev Night Club will now host this weekly ‘Dancehall Night’ concept on Thursdays, where entertainment will be provided by dancehall’s most authentic and popular disc jockeys, selectors and sound systems. The resident DJ will be popular sound system Chromatic, out of Portmore.

Attractions

To ensure that Hardcore Thursdays is the most attractive event on a Thursday night to patrons everywhere, the promoters have implemented measures to keep patrons interested and eager to return every week. There will be FREE Credit giveaways all night, FREE Rumfire Rum mixes until 12pm, Ladies enter FREE also until 12pm and ongoing competitions; such as the Selector / Sound System 45 Shootout – where upcoming selectors, go head to head with the winner getting the opportunity to play in the Club and at “Hardcore Thursdays”. Also, a Dancehall Queen competition – where ladies compete to be the official dancehall queen for the Club, with the wining lady granted cash prizes (& full access to the club). To top off all this excitement, the promoters are keen to add artist performances as the series escalates.
