It’s now official reggae singer Sophia Brown will be distributing her debut album “The Spotlight” to the world through Tad’s International Records, Jamaica leading distribution company. According to Brown an agreement was yesterday forged at the companies Hagley Park Office.

“I met with Tad’s junior yesterday and we had a meeting and discussed a potential distribution deal and after negotiations we finalized and signed a contract in a very pleasant manner. Tad’s have the exclusive right to distribute the physical album and I’m looking forward to a positive relationship with the company”. Brown also stated that as far as online sales are concerned another firm will be taking the lead. “My online sales will be litigated by Iris Distribution out of California”.

Tad’s who is also based in Miami Florida currently provides similar services to dancehall and reggae artists like Terry Linen, Charley Blacks, Cecile and Jah Cure amongst others.

In other news it is reported that Brown has been dominating the Reggae Revolution Radio Charts out of Michigan with 3 songs in the top 40. Her 2008 smash single “Love You Pure” currently holds the #23 spot while the follow up song “I’m A Rose” holds firm at # 31. Riding high however at #1 is Brown’s latest release “Weak To You” which can be herd on the station between the hours of 10 PM – midnight.
