Stuart Wilson, 'I'd like to rule the world for a day'

Who wouldn’t? We all would, but Stuart Wilson makes it not only catchy, but a phrase ready to be chanted all day.

Stuart Wilson Rule The World

Stuart Wilson, a quiet reggae sensation from Cayman Islands, is ready to rule the world, literally, with his new single “Rule The World“. The infectious song, from it’s bouncy ska influenced bass line, harmonizing vocals, and consciously friendly lyrics, is ready to make the “world smile for awhile”.

Describing the song himself, Stuart remarks, “It’s sunshine carrying rays of hope and light. It’s reggae with a twist of pop that brings the spirit of the globe together in harmony and sound.” Capturing those sunshine rays, Stuart was able to convey his concept musically through “Rule The World“. One of his favorite lines from the song is “All the world loves a child when he smiles”, stating that “it speaks of the innocence that can be recaptured by those who have lived, by looking into the eyes of a smiling child. There is healing in their eyes.”

Rule the World” has been selected to be featured on an upcoming TruckBack Records, compilation album, from alongside tunes from such artist as, Jah Cure, Maxi Priest, and Sizzla.

While, “Rule The World” maybe classified as “reggae pop” but this is a tune, that will go above it’s genre, as just be known as good music.
