Jamaican American rising “Ultrastar” Toi, premiered her debut music video on her Youtube channel of over 34,000 fans. The video, which was shot at Calibur Films Studio in Pembroke Pines, Florida, features the hit single, “Whine N Stop” from the Sanction Riddim Album produced by UIM Records. The album which features some of Jamaica’s Top Artistes including Beenie Man, Ding Dong, Voicemail, Konshens, Mr. Vegas, Blak Diamon as well as Timberlee has been receiving a host of positive responses thus far.
Toi utilized her creative prowess, and artistic skills as the chief editor of the video, which was directed, and filmed by Sean Ricketts of Calibur Films. Her music itself is derived from influences stemming from several genres including but not limited to Pop, Reggae & RnB. With the flood of positive responses received so far, the video is expected to be a firm stepping stone, and a solid foundation for bigger things to come.
As her management team prepares for the launch of a 2011 Marketing Campaign, Toi is sincerely thankful for all the support from her friends, fans, and family. We can expect to see & hear lots more from Toi in 2011.
