DJ Kruddy Joins Renaissance Disco

DJ KRUDDY JOINS RENAISSANCE DISCO

Rising deejay and entertainer Joel Harrison, more popularly known as Kruddy, has achieved yet another milestone in his life. He is now an official member of internationally renowned sound system Renaissance Disco. Prolific members of Renaissance, Delano and DJ Christuff, approached Kruddy after seeing him perform at the Red Carpet Arrival Show and the Award Show of the 2010 Youth View Awards and offered him a position in the Renaissance Disco camp.

Kruddy honored the offer but not without giving himself time to critically think about what he described as a “life changing decision.” On February 18, 2010 Kruddy finally inked the deal with arguably one of the greatest sound systems in Jamaica. “Right now I’m just focusing on doing what I do best and not allowing this great achievement to change me. I’m currently working on my upcoming mix tape titled ‘Tilt the City: Volume 1’ and many more surprises,” said the ambitious entertainer.

Kruddy’s foray in the music industry accelerated when he met DJ Karyzma in 2008, after which he launched his mission to annex the music industry when he was officially dubbed a member of Darkcide International. Six months after several performances with the group, Kruddy decided to leave and pursue a career along with DJ Karyzma and DJ Cyrus. The journey continues for the dedicated and determined deejay, and more great things can be expected from his time with Renaissance.
