Collins wins, Blake pulls up in UTech 100m. Collins, who won the 2003 World Championships 100m title, was drawn beside Blake in the same 100m heat, but after about 70 metres, the latter held onto his left hamstring and jumped across on the National Stadium football field.

Collins took the event in in 10.25 seconds ahead of Akan’s Jason Livermore 10.29, the wind -0.8m/s.
